Hal has worn many hats in the world of photography including commercial product studio photographer, editorial feature photographer for many publications, corporate communications photographer, travel, nature and landscape image creator, stock photographer.

In addition to the production of images, Hal has owned a stock photo agency representing many photographers, worked as a sales manager for a major worldwide stock agency, purchased images for advertising and also worked in marketing, advertising and graphic design for a national company.

Originally trained in traditional techniques of film and darkroom, Hal has remained contemporary by moving to digital imaging and computer photo processing.
